Description

1024 Kbit serial SPI SRAM memory with support for an external backup battery and SDI (Serial Dual Interface) interface. The memory is accessed via a simple SPI (Serial Peripheral Interface) compatible serial bus. It also supports unlimited reads and writes to the memory array and supports data backup via an external coin-cell battery connected to VBAT (pin 7). PDIP 8-pin case.
