The WT1010M is a 1-channel digital micro soldering kit rated 95 W, delivering professional performance in a compact format. It already includes the control unit, the active-tip iron and the safety rest, so it is ready to use on the bench, in technical service, in microelectronics and in small-scale production.

RTM active tip and 5-second heat-up

RTM active-tip technology builds the heating element into the tip itself, so the heat reaches the joint immediately. The WT1010M reaches working temperature in only 5 seconds and recovers it just as quickly. It handles micro soldering and standard applications with equal ease.

Precise digital control and advanced functions

The graphic LCD display is backlit and the menu stays straightforward. Temperature is adjustable from 50 to 450 °C, with an accuracy of ±9 °C and a stability of ±2 °C. The advanced functions manage process window, lock and offset, keeping the setup consistent even at shared workstations.

ESD safety and a versatile system

The whole system is ESD-safe, so you can work safely on components sensitive to electrostatic discharge. The housing is stackable and the cover doubles as a storage box, keeping the bench tidy. The WT1M unit is the power supply and control station, the heart of the WT1010M. It delivers the power and sets the iron temperature through the backlit graphic display. The value is set from the keys in a few seconds, with lock and offset.

Safety rest with Stop & Go function

The WSR 205 safety rest is the base where the hot iron is safely parked. It holds the iron securely and includes the sponge and the metal wool for cleaning the tip. The Stop & Go function lowers the temperature when the iron is idle, saving energy and protecting the tip.

Light and ergonomic micro soldering iron

The WTMP MS iron is the kit’s micro soldering tool, the instrument you actually solder with. Slim and easy to handle, it gives precision on the smallest components. It uses active-tip technology and has a heat-resistant silicone cable that leaves you free to move.

Active chisel tip

The RTM 013 S MS tip is the part that transfers the heat to the joint, and it is supplied as standard with the kit. It is a 1.3 mm chisel tip and, thanks to active-tip technology, it houses the heating element and reaches temperature in 5 seconds. That makes it suitable for precision micro soldering.
