10 mm RGB Colour-Changing LED

It has just two leads and changes colour on its own as soon as it is powered at 3-3.5 V, cycling through red at 620 nm, green at 520 and blue at 460.

Description

10 mm RGB colour-changing LED. It looks like an ordinary LED and so has only two leads: a positive one (the longer) and a negative one (the shorter, on the flattened side of the package). Wavelength: red 620 nm – green 520 nm – blue 460 nm; luminous intensity (if= 20 mA): red 750 mcd – green 1500 mcd, blue 750 mcd. Once powered, the LED changes colour automatically.  Supply: 3-3.5 Volts.
