2-Channel 150 W Soldering and Rework Station

SKU 6070-WT2023MBrand: WellerProduct type: Soldering/desoldering station

Description

2-channel 150 W soldering and rework station. The WT2023M set brings together the compact WT 2M station, the WTMP MS micro soldering iron and the WTMT MS desoldering micro tweezers. Active tip technology brings the tool up to working temperature in just 5 seconds, for work from nano to micro applications, with precision and in full ESD safety.

The WT2023M is a 2-channel 150 W soldering and rework station. In a single instrument it brings together the WT 2M station, the WTMP MS micro soldering iron and the WTMT MS desoldering micro tweezers. It covers both soldering and SMD rework, from nano to micro applications, from one compact position on the bench.

Two channels, one for soldering and one for desoldering

The WT 2M station drives two tools at the same time. The WTMP MS iron solders with RTM active tips, while the WTMT MS micro tweezers desolder SMD components with RTWMS tips. You go from soldering to rework without moving to another position.

Active tips and a 5 second heat-up

The active tips have the heating element built into the cartridge, so the heat reaches the joint at once. The tools get up to working temperature in just 5 seconds and recover it just as quickly, which raises productivity at the bench.

Digital control, ESD safety and modularity

The graphic LCD display is backlit and the menu stays straightforward. The temperature is adjustable from 50 to 450 °C, with an accuracy of ±9 °C. The system is ESD-safe and the housing is stackable. ZeroSmog fume extraction units can also be connected to the station: contact us for a quotation.

In practice the WT2023M covers a wide range of precision work. You can solder and replace SMD components, repair and overhaul boards, and desolder small and medium chips and SOPs. The two working positions speed up rework, which makes it a sound choice for the repair workshop and for electronics production.

A complete soldering and rework station, ready to use

WT2023M set with WT 2M display station, two sponge stands, WTMP MS micro-soldering iron and WTMT MS desoldering tweezers

The WT2023M is supplied complete with the WT 2M station, the micro soldering iron, the desoldering micro tweezers and two safety stands: it is ready on the bench straight away, with nothing else to buy.

2-channel control station with LCD display

WT2023M's WT 2M station with 350°C two-channel graphic LCD display, red switch, adjustment buttons and two tool connectors

The WT 2M station is the power and control unit, the heart of the WT2023M. It drives two tools at the same time and sets the temperature of each. The backlit LCD display and the straightforward menu make every adjustment easy.

Micro soldering iron with safety stand

The WTMP MS iron is light and ergonomic, with a silicone lead that stands up to heat and leaves you free to move around the bench.

Desoldering micro tweezers with safety stand

WT2023M's WTMT MS desoldering tweezers with pincer tips next to the WSR 211 stand with brass sponge

The WTMT MS micro tweezers are the desoldering tool: they lift SMD components off by gripping them between two heated tips. The WSR 211 safety stand protects the tool when it is at rest.

A compact grip that handles well

The grip of the WTMT MS stays compact and easy to handle, for picking components off quickly and precisely.

Desoldering tips supplied as standard

Pair of RTWMS 030 K tips for the WT2023M's WTMT MS desoldering tweezers, with cartridge heating element

The RTWMS 030 K tips are the heated ends of the micro tweezers, supplied as standard. The heater is built into the cartridge and they get up to temperature in 5 seconds.

Micro soldering tip supplied as standard

RTM 013 S MS cartridge active tip for the WT2023M's WTMP MS micro-soldering iron, fine point for SMD work

The RTM 013 S MS tip is the end of the iron that carries the heat to the joint, supplied as standard. It is a chisel tip, ideal for fine SMD soldering, and it changes quickly without tools.
