| This desoldering station is designed specifically for lead-free desoldering. Fast heat-up and high power mean practical, clean desoldering of all types of DIP component. The ergonomic build, one-handed operation and high suction capacity make it easy to clear residual solder from single- or double-sided PCBs. The unit is used in electronics research, teaching and production, and is particularly suited to repairing and desoldering electronic equipment and communication devices.
The desoldering gun is controlled automatically by a microprocessor. The digital control electronics, together with the high-quality sensor and the heat exchange system, ensure precise temperature control at the desoldering tip. The highest degree of temperature accuracy and optimal dynamic thermal behaviour under load come from fast, accurate measurement of the recorded values in a closed control loop. The unit is particularly suited to lead-free production techniques. The desoldering gun, rated at 80W (130W heating power) and supplied with three desoldering nozzles, can be used in any field of electronics. Its high power and pistol design make it ideal for precision desoldering work. The heating element is PTC, and the sensor at the desoldering tip allows the temperature to be checked quickly and accurately during the desoldering operation. |
