Description

Plug & Play adapter cable from USB 2.0 to SATA 7+15 pin. Lets you connect a 2.5″ SATA hard disk or SSD to the USB port of a Raspberry Pi or a PC. If the current from the USB port isn’t enough, simply connect the second USB connector as well. The SATA connector has two LEDs: one lights up as soon as the USB connector is plugged in, the other when the SATA hard disk is being read from or written to. Data rate 480 Mbps, compatible operating systems: Windows 98SE / ME / 2000 / XP / Vista / 7 and MAC, length: 400 mm, weight: about 40 grams.

Warning: Does not work with 3.5″ hard disks
