Description

White thermal paste with high thermal conductivity (> 1.2 W/m-K), able to withstand high temperatures (200°C). Particularly suited to fitting NTCs and heaters on 3D printers, it can also be used on heat sinks, high-power LEDs and so on. Evaporation: 0.001% (200°C / 24 hours), thermal conductivity:> 1.2 W/m-K, thermal impedance: <0.06, insulation coefficient:>5.1, dissipation factor: <0.005.

Please note: at room temperature the thermal paste hardens and is no longer malleable.
