Terms of sale

Open Electronics is a sales channel of Futura Group Srl, Via Adige 11, 21013 Gallarate (VA), Italy. All goods are dispatched from Italy.

Prices, currency and VAT

  • All prices are in euro (EUR). We do not sell in other currencies.
  • Consumers in the European Union see prices including the VAT of their own country, applied under the One Stop Shop scheme.
  • Businesses in the European Union with a VAT number that we can validate in VIES are invoiced without VAT under the reverse charge mechanism. The VAT number is checked at the moment the order is placed; if it cannot be validated, VAT is charged.
  • Customers outside the European Union are invoiced without Italian VAT, as an export.

Import duties and customs clearance

For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are always payable by the customer. They are never included in the price or in the shipping cost. Customs authorities may hold a parcel until these charges are paid. If a parcel is refused and returned to us for this reason, the return shipping cost is charged to the customer.

Shipping and delivery

Orders are shipped by courier. ❓ Da completare: giorni di lavorazione prima della consegna al corriere, e tempi dichiarati separati per Italia / Europa / resto del mondo (G14). «2/3 giorni lavorativi» non puo’ valere per gli Stati Uniti o l’Asia, e i tempi scritti a video sono una promessa contrattuale.

We do not ship to Russia or Iran, and to any country subject to international restrictive measures.

Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU)

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To do so, write to sales@open-electronics.org before the 14 days expire.

The cost of returning the goods is payable by the customer. Goods must be returned complete, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. We refund the price paid, including the standard outbound shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of dispatch.

Nota tecnica, da togliere prima di pubblicare: la clausola «spese di ritorno a carico del cliente» regge SOLO se e’ scritta prima dell’acquisto — per questo sta qui e non nella conferma d’ordine (F1).

Legal guarantee

Consumers in the European Union are entitled to the legal guarantee of conformity for two years from delivery, under Directive (EU) 2019/771 and the Italian Consumer Code.

Payment

We accept electronic payment only: credit and debit cards, and PayPal. We do not accept bank transfer or cash on delivery. Orders are dispatched once payment has been received.

Invoicing

The website issues an order confirmation. The invoice is issued separately by Futura Group and sent according to Italian electronic invoicing rules.
