Description

The ESP32 e-Paper board: a powerful module for uploading images to e-Paper displays via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. Compatible with Arduino, it offers simple connectivity and development resources. Easily update the display content via an Android app or a remote web page. Supports the Floyd-Steinberg dithering algorithm.
This small board, based on the powerful ESP32 module, lets you upload images (BMP, JPEG, GIF, PNG, etc.) to e-Paper displays from a PC or smartphone via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. All the ESP32 module’s pins are available on both sides of the PCB. It can be used just like any other Arduino board. An Android app is available that lets you update the display content over a Bluetooth EDR connection. It comes with the (open source) e-Paper driver, development resources, and HTML host code that lets you update the display content via a remote web page, suitable for Internet applications. It supports the Floyd-Steinberg dithering.

The package includes an ESP32 driver board, an adapter board and an FFC extension cable. The raw e-Paper panel can be connected to the ESP32 driver board either directly or via the adapter board and FFC cable.
