IEEE 802.11 Wi-Fi Transceiver Module

Microchip 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi transceiver module, IEEE 802.11 standard

SKU 8200-MRF24WB0MA/RMEAN 8219671049382Item type: Assembled

Description

Microchip 2.4 GHz IEEE 802.11 standard Wi-Fi transceiver module. It features an integrated PCB antenna and built-in support for AES, TKIP, and (WEP, WPA, WPA2) hardware. Designed for use with the Microchip TCP/IP stack. The stack software has an integrated driver that implements the APIs and is used in command and control modules, and for managing packet data traffic. The MRF24WB0MA module can be interfaced to hundreds of PICยฎ microcontrollers via a 4-wire SPI interface and is an ideal solution for low-power devices, low data-rate Wi-Fi sensor networks, home automation, and consumer applications.
