Description
| Set with an infrared remote control and a small breakout board carrying a 38 kHz IR receiver (HX1838 or VS1838). The IR remote has 21 buttons (numbers, direction keys and so on), uses NEC encoding and sends the address bytes 0x00 and 0xBF followed by a data code between 0 and 26 (it skips 3, 7, 11, 15, 19 and 23). Paired with Arduino, Raspberry Pi or another microcontroller, the IR receiver can be used to drive a robot or to switch lights and other devices on and off. |
