Description

The CPC1822 is a very small monolithic photovoltaic cell in an SOIC8 (SMD) package. When struck by sunlight or artificial light, it generates an output voltage of about 4 V, with enough current to drive CMOS ICs, logic gates, and/or provide a “trickle charge” for battery applications.
