Thermometer with an FDA-certified stainless steel probe and a backlit digital display. It has a protective sleeve that keeps you from burns and prevents accidental damage. Thanks to its design and its compact size, close to that of a pen, the easy-to-read backlit display and the automatic switch-off, this thermometer is the ideal instrument for measuring temperature in food cooking, refrigeration, heating, food processing and other applications. IP65 protection rating, measuring range from -40°C to +250°C. It needs no calibration and gives extremely fast, accurate readings. It has an on/off switch and a hold button. LCD display size 27 x 11 mm. Powered by a button cell (CR1632 – included).
