SKU 2846-BALANCINGBOTEAN 8219671075039Item type: Assembled

Description

Suitable for building a balancing robot, this set includes two 65 mm diameter wheels, two metal gear motors with optical encoders, two brass hubs, two โ€œLโ€ brackets, and a 3 mm thick aluminum bracket. The motor encoders provide information about wheel rotation, so by interfacing them with a microcontroller, you can determine direction and speed. Power supply: 12 Vdc. The package includes: two metal gear motors with optical encoders, two 65 mm diameter wheels, one 3 mm aluminum bracket, two aluminum โ€œLโ€ motor mounts, and two wheel hubs.

This set was used in the โ€œOpen Wheels 2.0โ€ project published in the magazine Elettronica In n. 201 โ€“ Dec.2015/Jan.2016.
