Single-Channel Receiver with PIC Decoder – Solder-Yourself Kit
SKU 7100-FT1111KEAN 8219671065948Item type: KitRadio remote controls
Description
Small, low-cost single-channel receiver for MM53200 and HT-12 encoding, with code self-learning. Decoding and matching of the codes of the ten transmitters are handled by a Microchip microcontroller whose firmware can adapt to the clock frequency of the encoder fitted in the transmitter, (provided this is 1.7 kHz, lock onto it and then extract the code either to store it or to analyse it in order to drive the relay output. |

Learning procedure
| Here is how to learn the codes. 1. Press and hold button SW1. 2. The green LED (LD2) lights up to show that the receiver is in self-learning mode and that the code to be stored can now be transmitted. 3. Press the button on the remote control you want to teach it, and wait for the LED to flash rapidly three times: learning has succeeded and the procedure (at least if you pressed and released SW1) is over.If the LED stays on steadily, the memory is full or the transmitted code is not valid. Note that, because of the way the firmware works, the code combination with all the TX encoder lines at low level is not allowed (you cannot leave every dip switch in the ON position). Note too that from the moment SW1 is pressed you have 5 seconds to transmit and store the code; by keeping SW1 held down, instead of pressing and releasing it straight away, up to 10 codes can be stored one after the other). |
Erase procedure
| The whole memory can only be erased as a block: a single remote control cannot be deleted on its own. 1. Disconnect power from the device. 2. Press and hold button SW1. 3. Apply power. 4. The green LED stays on steadily for 2 seconds to show that the memory has been erased. 5. The green LED gives 5 flashes to show that the erase procedure has ended and that the receiver is starting up normally. |
