Description

Small TTL-RS485 converter based on the Maxim MAX485 chip. It allows bidirectional data communication over distances of up to 1200 metres and at data rates of up to 2.5 Mbps. The module runs on 5 Volt and uses 5 volt logic levels, which let it interface with the hardware serial ports of microcontrollers such as Arduino, Microchip PICs and so on. Dimensions (mm): 45x20x15.
