Compact and neatly thought out USB tester with a monochrome LCD display, an energy meter function and a charger for phones and tablets. Supplied with a lead carrying a USB input connector and a USB output connector, it shows not only the actual voltage and current drawn from the USB port but also works out the total current taken by the device being charged, and stores it. The tester is made for checking the capacity of power banks, mobile phone batteries, tablets and anything else that charges through a USB port. It also has a pushbutton that, pressed briefly, picks one of the 10 sets in which the total current is stored, or clears the memory (a long press of about 1.5 seconds).
