BMP280 Pressure Sensor
SKU 1606-BMP280EAN 8219671098113Item type: AssembledSensors, Sensors
Description
Based on the Bosch BMP280 digital pressure sensor, it is possible to measure the absolute ambient pressure, converting the measured pressure into an altitude. Thanks to this sensor, it will be possible to determine, with an accuracy of 1 meter, the height at which a robot, an aircraft, etc. is located. The sensor draws only 2.7 uA, allowing it to be used in battery-powered devices. The BMP280 is fully calibrated, ready to use, and supports the I²C and SPI digital interfaces. The I²C interface supports Standard, Fast, and High Speed modes. The SPI interface supports both SPI ’00’ mode (CPOL = CPHA = ‘0’) and ’11’ mode (CPOL = CPHA = ‘1’) in 3- and 4-wire configurations. Power supply: 1.8 V to 3.6 V, consumption: 2.7 uA, interface: I2C (up to 3.4 MHz) and SPI (3 and 4 wires, up to 10 MHz), measurement range: 300 hPa to 1100 hPa (+9000 m to -500 m), weight: 1 gram, dimensions (mm): 15.4×11.4×2.4.
Warning! the module is supplied already assembled except for the strip connector.
