Description

Breakout board with a holding electromagnet. It activates when the SIG pin is brought high, and can generate a holding force of about 25 Newtons (about 2.5 kg). To deactivate the electromagnet, simply bring the SIG pin low.

Power supply: from 3.3 to 5 VDC. It can also be used with Arduino, Fishino, Raspberry Pi (with AD converter) or other microcontrollers. Application areas: robotics, automation, locking/unlocking mechanisms, etc.
