The HikMicro M31 is a handheld thermal camera designed specifically for professionals who need the utmost accuracy in temperature measurement and superior image quality. Fitted with a 384×288 pixel thermal detector, it offers outstanding thermal sensitivity (NETD < 35 mK) that picks out even the smallest heat variations in demanding environments.

Advanced Imaging and SuperIR

Thanks to SuperIR technology, the image resolution is boosted up to 768×576 pixel, for remarkable detail both in live view and in captured images. The unit also carries an 8 MP optical camera which, combined with the Bi-spectrum and Picture-in-Picture fusion modes, overlays the thermal image on the real one with millimetre precision. Everything is controlled from the large 3.5″ LCD touchscreen with a resolution of 640×480.

Operating Efficiency and Extended Range

With a measuring range that reaches 650°C , the M31 is ideal for heavy-duty industrial applications, from monitoring heavy machinery to high-voltage electrical inspections. The manual focus and the continuous digital zoom up to 8.0x let you work precisely both from a distance and on small components. Handling the data is made simpler by voice, text and QR-code annotations, which makes writing reports quick and professional.

• Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance:
  Safe monitoring of live or rotating parts with no cables in the way. Quick identification of loose connections or worn bearings.

  With a minimum distance of 5 cm, it lets you analyse micro-components on circuit boards with absolute sharpness. It spots short circuits or components drawing abnormal current instantly.

  Tracing leaks and checking thermal balance in heating/cooling systems. Fusion mode lets you read labels and markings on plant components.
