Description

The ID20LFWR module is an RFID reader/writer made by ID Innovations. It works at a frequency of 125 kHz, needs an external antenna and can communicate over a distance of 5÷6 cm. It can be used with tags compliant with ISO 11784 and 11785, with EM4001 tags, with TEMIC T5557 and T5567, with EM4469, EM4569, EM4205 and with HItag S32. Output: Magnetic, Wiegand, ASCII. It talks to the outside world in TTL logic, 9,600 bit/s, 8 bits, no parity and 1 stop bit. Power supply: 5 Vdc, current draw: about 50 mA, dimensions: about 40×37.5 mm, weight: 80 grams.
