Description

The HC-06 is a Class 2 Bluetooth module with slave-only operation and transparent communication. Thanks to its low cost and ease of use, this module turns a UART serial port into a Bluetooth port, allowing you to control Arduino/Fishino or other microcontrollers via master devices such as smartphones, tablets, etc.

Unlike the HC05, where the KEY pin is used to enter programming mode via AT commands, on the HC06 this mode is always active, and you can access the module and send configuration commands via serial. The HC06 is in command-waiting mode whenever it is not paired with any device. Power supply ranges from 3.6 to 6 VDC, while the RX and TX pins accept only 3.3 VDC logic levels.
