Description

Based on the BMP180 digital barometer, this sensor measures absolute ambient pressure and converts the measured pressure into altitude. With this sensor, you can determine the height of a robot, an aircraft, etc., with an accuracy of 1 meter. The sensor draws only 0.5 uA, making it suitable for battery-powered devices. The BMP180 is fully calibrated and ready to use. Using the I2C interface, it provides pressure and temperature as 16-bit values, which, together with the calibration data inside the device, are used to provide a temperature-compensated altitude calculation. Power supply: 3.6V (from 3V to 5V), consumption: 0.5 uA at 1 Hz, interface: I2C, measurement range: 300 hPa to 1100 hPa (from +9000 m to -500 m), weight: 1.18 grams, dimensions (mm): 10×13.
