The UPS has a USB port that lets you connect it to your computer, so the monitoring software (available for Windows, Linux and Mac OS systems) can talk to the unit efficiently. The software gives you full control over the state of the UPS, including battery charge levels, automatic shutdown and email notifications when something critical happens. And thanks to the two pass-through RJ45 ports, you can filter your telephone/modem line, clearing out annoying network interference for a steadier and safer connection.

With this UPS you get the peace of mind of knowing that your equipment is protected and that your network connection holds up, even when the mains does something unexpected.

Important: the SMS function can be used if a GSM modem is connected to the computer. E-mails are sent if the computer is connected to the internet. Notifications are sent if the UPS is connected by USB and the software is running.
