Description

This USB RFID reader is the ideal solution for reading contactless cards and tags at 13.56 MHz, including the Italian Electronic ID Card (CIE). Plug & Play, no driver required: the device is automatically recognised by the computer as a virtual keyboard.

Just plug it into a USB port, open a text file or an application with an active text field, and the card code is instantly typed at the cursor position. It’s perfect for access control systems, attendance tracking, user identification or custom automation projects.

The reader supports the MIFARE standard (ISO/IEC 14443 Type A), with a read time of up to 200 ms and an operating range of up to 8 cm. The LED and built-in buzzer give immediate feedback once a read is complete. Made of durable ABS material, with a 140 cm USB cable, it’s ready to use in seconds, wherever you need it.
