Waterproof Temperature Probe with DS18B20

Description

Waterproof stainless steel temperature probe, built with the DS18B20 digital temperature sensor from Maxim. It allows accurate temperature measurement (from -55°C to +125°C) in humid environments. Each sensor has a unique 64-bit serial code stored internally, allowing a large number of sensors to be used on one data bus. Applications include thermostat controls, industrial systems, consumer products, thermometers, etc.

• Requires only one pin for communication 1-Wire
• Each sensor has a 64-bit serial code stored in an internal ROM
• No external components required
• The alarm search command identifies addresses and devices whose temperature is outside the programmed limits (temperature alarm condition)
• Connections:
  – red wire ( VCC )
  – yellow wire ( DATA )
  – black wire (GND)
