Description

PNP transistor in a TO-126 package, designed to drive medium-power loads. It withstands a collector-base voltage of up to 80 V and a continuous collector current of 1.5 A (2 A peak). It offers high current gain, ideal for control, amplification and inductive-load driving applications.

The TO-126 package provides effective heat dissipation up to 12.5 W with a heatsink, ensuring reliable operation even in demanding conditions.
