Description

Small resistive analog joystick, very similar to the one found on the PSP1000. It is powered at +5V and has four pins for connection, two used for power and two used for the output corresponding to the X and Y axes. Moving the joystick cursor varies the resistance corresponding to each axis, so you will get an output voltage as a function of the cursor position. Through the two potentiometers it will generate 2 variable voltages depending on the X and Y movement. Connect the X and Y axis outputs of the sensor to the AI0+ and AI1+ ports, and the ground signal in common to the negative terminals of the analog input channels AI0- and AI1-. Dimensions excluding mounting (mm): 18.90 x 18.90 x 8.90.
