Description

The AM2302 module (original ASAIR) is the wired version of the well-known DHT22 temperature and relative humidity sensor. It features a single-wire serial interface, a sturdy plastic case, and 3 leads 24 cm long for electrical connection. The DHT22 sensor is calibrated with extreme precision; the calibration coefficients are stored in OTP memory and are recalled during the measurement process, so there is no need to recalibrate the sensor. The accuracy of the measurements, the low power consumption, and the signal transmission distance of up to 20 meters make it particularly suitable for use in consumer products, weather stations, HVAC applications (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning), etc.
