| Blebricks: instant prototyping for IoT, smart sensors and RFID | |
|
The Internet of Things is finally within everyone’s reach. Blebricks are smart building blocks made with patented technology that lets you create new wireless electronic devices simply by assembling them together. In fact, this technology lets you create devices even without any technical skills in electronics or programming. Prototyping is instant, which is why it appeals to anyone who wants to build their own device quickly and easily. How does it work? Very simple Each Blebrick performs a specific function. You can choose from a wide range of sensors, actuators, power devices and communication devices, such as: motion sensors, environmental sensors, CO2 sensors, infrared sensors and air quality sensors, Wi-Fi, Ethernet and LP-WAN communication devices, to name a few. To add the features you want, simply snap the Blebricks together. They configure themselves automatically to work together, and your device’s prototype is ready right away! You can view sensor data and interact with it (locally, with your smartphone) using our MakeApp for Android devices. Or, if you want to build a custom app, you can do so with MIT App Inventor. Finally, you can interact with your Blebricks from anywhere, simply by connecting them to the Internet and logging into the Bricksboard portal. Thanks to this highly innovative technology, you can cut development time and costs by over 90% when moving from idea to product. Moreover, being low-power, Blebricks are also suitable for developing battery-powered, portable or wearable devices. The modular nature of Blebricks makes it possible to create a finished product that is cheaper and faster to build. Discover our Fast Route To Production. |
