Description

2-pin digital temperature sensor (TO-92 case) from Texas Instruments. It can detect temperatures between -50°C and +150°C with an accuracy of +/- 0.7°C. It outputs a pulse train from 34 µA (low level) to 125 µA (high level), converted via a 10 kohm resistor into a voltage pulse train between 340 mV and 1.25 volts. Suitable for applications such as: digital thermometers, environmental control systems, thermal protection, fire alarms, etc.
