Easy Driver (V4.4) – Bipolar Stepper Motor Driver
SKU 6168-EASYDRIVEREAN 8219671018821Item type: AssembledControl electronics
Description
Based on the Allegro A3967SLB chip, this small driver can control a single bipolar stepper motor. It can be controlled with Arduino, microcontrollers, or other electronic boards capable of providing digital signals from 0 to 5 V or 0 to 3.3 V (with jumper SJ2 closed). The driver can be powered with a voltage between 7V and 20V. It offers the possibility to select 4 motor control modes: full step, 1/2 step, 1/4 step, and 1/8 step. It allows setting the output current via the dedicated trimmer (mounted on the board).
Warning: to avoid damaging the A3967 chip, do not connect or disconnect the motor while the driver is powered. The pin strips shown in the photo are not included.
