Maker Driver for 2 DC Motors or 1 Stepper Motor – max 1 A
SKU 1686-MAKERDRIVEEAN 8219671106061Item type: AssembledControl electronics
Description
Maker Drive is a driver for 2 DC motors or 1 stepper motor specifically designed to simplify use by makers, students, and hobbyists who have little knowledge of basic electronics or who want to start controlling motors immediately.
It features a 5-volt output (max. 200 mA), reverse polarity protection, inputs compatible with 1.8 / 3.3 and 5-volt logic (Arduino, Raspberry Pi, PLC, etc.), a terminal block for connecting motors, two test buttons per channel, inputs for external control, and status LEDs.
No heat sink required.
Maker Drive
Maker Drive is equipped with reverse polarity protection, significantly reducing the risk of damaging the driver.

Compact dimensions.

4 test buttons (2 per channel) – Allow testing motors without connecting any controller. Pressing one button makes the motor rotate at full speed in one direction, while pressing the other button makes the motor rotate in the opposite direction.

4 status LEDs (2 per channel).

5 V 200 mA output from an input voltage of just 2.5 volts, allowing Maker Drive to be powered even with two AA or AAA batteries (1.5 V x 2 = 3 V) or single-cell Li-ion or LiPo batteries with a nominal voltage of 3.7 V.
