Description

The ESP32-CAM Development Board by A.I. Thinker (or equivalent) is a small module that brings together 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi, dual-mode Bluetooth (classic and BLE), a small 2 Megapixel camera (OV2640), a slot for a mini SD card up to 4 GByte and 9 I/O pins. On the front there is also a high-brightness LED that can be used as a FLASH or as a light for the scene being filmed. Programmable directly from the Arduino IDE, it can be used in a range of IoT applications such as home devices, industrial wireless control, wireless monitoring, wireless QR code identification and many other IoT applications.

FAQ
  • During programming, that is after compiling, the Arduino IDE tells me that the COM port cannot be accessed, or that there is a communication problem with the device that is not down to the hardware.
    Some devices may work normally even though they are based on the CH340. We recommend uninstalling the drivers and installing them again. Click here to download the driver removal/installation tool.
