Ethernet Module with ENC28J60

Ethernet module with ENC28J60-I/SO for Arduino or another microcontroller, with an SPI interface.

SKU 8300-YENC28J60EAN 8219671008013Item type: Assembled

Description

Ethernet module based on the Microchip ENC28J60-I/SO microcontroller. It handles the interfacing work, with Arduino or another microcontroller, over a high-speed SPI interface. The module accepts a supply voltage between 3.1 and 3.6 V (3.3 V recommended). The pins used to connect the ENC28J60 module to a microcontroller are MISO, MOSI, SCK and CS, plus VDD and GND. On an Arduino Uno, for example, CS, MOSI, MISO and SCK go to pins 10, 11, 12 and 13 respectively. Ethernet capability opens the way to any number of networking applications: remote control of systems and appliances, home automation for houses and other places, web access to download or publish data, and much more.
