Description

 

This vibration sensor is designed to pick up knocks and movement accurately, thanks to its piezoelectric hammer structure and to the LM358 operational amplifier. Sensitivity can be adjusted to suit different applications, so detection stays effective and can be tailored to the job. The sensor puts out a low-level signal when it senses a vibration and has an indicator LED that shows when it has tripped. Its high reliability and stability have made it widely used in car and motorcycle alarm systems. It is easy to combine with microcontrollers (MCUs), wireless transmitter modules and wired alarm systems. Running on a working voltage of 5V to 15V, it is an inexpensive, versatile answer for demanding security applications.
