Description

Microchip temperature sensor that requires no calibration and has an accuracy of ±2°C in the range -40 to +125°C (±1°C in the range 0-70°C). It can be powered with a voltage of 3.3V or 5V, or any voltage in the range 2.3-5.5V, and has a linear transduction characteristic with a variation of 10 mV/°C with an output of 0.5V at 0°C. TO92 package.
