Description

Based on the second generation of T2000 ASIC microcontrollers, the TIBBO EM500 module features a 10/100BaseT auto-MDIX Ethernet port (Ethernet connector not included), one serial port, 8 I/O lines, 512 kB of flash memory (192 kB Tios – 320 kB for application), and 200 bytes of EEPROM for data storage. Fully supported by the TIDE software (see “TIDE and Tibbo BASIC manual”).
