Universal CNC Controller

Description

Complete controller with all hardware and software features for driving small three-axis CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines.
The heart of the controller is a Nano board based on the ATmega328, which plugs into a pair of HEADERs on the board. The Nano board manages all input and output signals via the open source GRBL firmware.
The microcontroller manages three stepper motor drivers and the spindle control circuit (it can handle spindles with voltages between 12V and 36V). There is an output for powering a cooling fan, and it is also equipped with an 8-pin IDC socket for connecting an offline controller (optional, see related products), which has its own microcontroller, a small LCD display, and a few buttons, allowing you to load the file to be milled onto a micro SD card and manage the main phases of engraving while keeping the PC disconnected, which is very useful in some situations.

The package includes: the controller already assembled and tested, the three drivers (DRV8825) for stepper motors, and the Nano board already programmed.
