Description

The VoidX-DSPModule is a compact hardware platform based on the ESP32-S3-WROOM-1 module, designed specifically for audio DSP applications. This low-cost solution lets manufacturers build a complete DSP system into their own products with no effort. VoidX-DSPModule includes two high-resolution inputs (SNR 110dB) and outputs (SNR 112dB) and offers many I/O interfaces.
The module has to be programmed with your own custom firmware, or with the firmware that can be downloaded from the manufacturer’s page.

I/O interfaces
  • Connectivity:
    • Bluetooth and Wi-Fi for control from mobile devices with VoidX-Control.
    • USB and Wi-Fi for control from PC/MAC devices with VoidX-Control.
  • MIDI IN/OUT: supports direct connection to standard MIDI connectors, with no external circuitry needed.
  • Power supply:
    • Wide supply range from 5V to 12V.
    • Can also be powered through the built-in USB connector.
    • Provides a 3.3V – 500mA external supply for auxiliary circuits.
  • I/O expansion interface: supports hundreds of I/O connections through shift registers (e.g. LEDs and buttons).
  • CPU: dual-core 240MHz CPU module with 2MB of RAM and 8MB of Flash, based on the ESP32-S3-WROOM-1(N8R2).
PCB Pinout
VoidX-DSPModule has a 2×20 2.54 mm connector for the power supply, the GPIOs and other interfaces, and a 2×5 2.54 mm connector for the high-resolution audio interface.
