The PSG9080 programmable signal generator is a versatile, powerful instrument able to generate a wide choice of waveforms, including sine, square, triangle, pulse and custom waveforms. With a frequency range from 1 nHz to 80 MHz and a sample rate of 300 MSa/s, this instrument delivers high performance in every kind of application, from bench experimenting to advanced circuit design.

Thanks to its advanced modulation, the PSG9080 supports several techniques such as frequency modulation (FM), phase modulation (PM), amplitude modulation (AM), pulse width modulation (PWM) and frequency shift keying (FSK). The built-in measurement function accurately measures the frequency, period and duty cycle of external signals, showing the readings on screen in real time.
