M.2 NVMe SSD Adapter Board for Raspberry Pi 5
SKU 2850-PCIETOM2RPI5EAN 8219671082648Item type: Kit, Shields & add-onsRaspberry Pi
Description
| PCIe-to-M.2 NVMe adapter board designed specifically for the Raspberry Pi 5, which taps the PCIe Gen 2 interface through the 16-pin FPC connector. It supports M.2 NVMe SSDs in the 2230, 2242, 2260 and 2280 (M key) form factors, for a maximum theoretical transfer rate of up to 8 Gbps. It works with direct boot from SSD, thanks to the NVMe boot support built into the Raspberry Pi 5 firmware.
The board has an anti-oxidation coating for greater reliability and a longer service life. It offers two flexible power options: through the PCIe connector or a 3-pin external input. On top of that, the on-board LEDs make it easy to keep an eye on operating status. This adapter is ideal for anyone after high performance, such as installing an operating system on an SSD, running local servers or building high-speed storage solutions. |
