Description

Microcontroller-controlled charge controller for photovoltaic panels, fitted with an LCD display offering automatic operation at both 12 and 24 V for Lead-Acid, GEL and AGM batteries. This high-quality instrument lets you supply the correct current to your batteries, protecting them from overcharging or over-discharging and extending their service life.

With our charge controller, you can make full use of solar energy safely and efficiently. This controller protects the battery against reverse polarity and steps in when the load current exceeds the controller’s capacity. In the event of a short circuit, the device enters protection mode to safeguard the system.

Fitted with a dual 5V 3A USB output (1.5A per port), it is perfect for charging electronic devices quickly and safely.

Automatic temperature compensation ensures optimal operation in any weather condition. In addition, the charge and discharge parameters can be adjusted to suit your specific needs.

Another important feature is overload protection, which prevents the battery from fully discharging. The controller will automatically disconnect the load when the voltage reaches a certain level: no less than 11 V for 12 V batteries and 22 V for 24 V batteries.

The technical features of the charge controller include a 12 V/24 V nominal voltage with automatic detection, PWM charging and a maximum charge current of 30 A. The maximum solar panel input voltage is 50 V, while the charge controller’s own consumption is just 12 mA.

The disconnect and reconnect voltage thresholds are 13.8 V and 12.6 V respectively for 12 V batteries, and 27.6 V and 25.2 V for 24 V batteries. Temperature compensation is -24 mV/°C for 12 V systems and -48 mV/°C for 24 V systems.

This charge controller is designed to work over a wide temperature range, from -20°C to +55°C, and is rated IP32. Its compact dimensions of 190x108x41.5 mm and weight of just 410 grams make installation and use simple and efficient.
