M95 Quad-band GSM/GPRS Modem Module

Description

The M95 is a quad-band GSM/GPRS module (850/900/1800/1900 MHz) with extremely compact dimensions (19.9×23.6×2.65 mm). It integrates a TCP/IP stack, features a Class AB audio amplifier, QuecFOTA technology for remote firmware updates, jamming detection, and DTMF decoding. The serial multiplexer and enhanced AT commands ensure fast and reliable transmission of data, voice, and SMS over GSM/GPRS networks. It is particularly suitable for developing very compact devices such as trackers, GSM telephone dialers, remote controls, remote alarms, etc. The module is surface-mount (SMT), so it requires no connectors.
