Description

Printed circuit board (45×50 mm) containing the SIMCom SIM800C GSM/GPRS cellular module, the antenna connector, and the SIM card holder. It features two pin-strips for connections to the base circuit of the remote control, one 3-pin and one 16-pin; the former carries the positive and negative of the digital power supply, as well as the power-on control line (PWR), while the latter carries all signals and communication lines to and from the GSM module. The module is supplied with a GSM antenna (8170-ANTGSMSTL-S01).

    – Quad-band: GSM 850, EGSM 900, DCS 1800, PCS 1900. The 4 frequencies can be searched automatically, or set via the AT command “AT+CBAND”.
    – Compliant with GSM Phase 2/2+
  • Transmission power:
    – Class 4 (2 W) at GSM 850 and EGSM 900
    – Class 1 (1 W) at DCS 1800 and PCS 1900
