Description
|
Based on the RFM98W transceiver module at 433 MHz, this shield for Arduino, Fishino and compatible boards (not included – see related products) handles long-range bidirectional data transmission using the  LoRa™ technology. The shield comes with a length of solid wire as its antenna, but an SMA connector is also fitted so an external one such as the 2846-ANT433SMA can be used (not included – see related products). It also carries a reset button and three jumpers that select which of the RFM98W module’s digital I/O pins (DIO1, DIO2, DIO5) go to the Arduino pins. It is well suited to remote controls, smart meters, home automation, personal loggers, wireless sensor networks, wireless PC peripherals and the like. Please note! the shield is supplied ready assembled. |
