Description

IR LED module with four infrared emitting diodes driven in parallel, each with its own current-limiting resistor, switched by a MOSFET used as a solid-state switch.
The IR LEDs are laid out in an arc for the widest possible coverage, radiating infrared over at least 90°. Up to 4 modules can be linked together to cover the full 360°.
