Air quality sensor breakout board – SGP30
SKU 3085-SGP30CO2EAN 8219671118897Item type: AssembledSensors, Sensors
Description
| Built around the SGP30 air quality sensor from Sensirion, this very small breakout board reports the carbon dioxide concentration (telling you how stale the air in a closed room is) and the TVOC (Total Volatile Organic Compounds), that is the concentration in parts per billion of airborne particles. It packs a complete sensor system onto a single chip with an I2C interface, a temperature-controlled micro hotplate and fully calibrated output signals with a typical accuracy of 15%.
This breakout board is the perfect choice for indoor air quality sensing with Arduino or Raspberry Pi. It can easily be built into air purifiers, demand-controlled ventilation (DCV) and other IoT applications.
