Description

Based on the FTDI FT232RQ chip (located in the USB connector), this cable allows simple connection of devices with a TTL interface to a USB port. The I/O pins are configured to operate at 5V. One end of the cable terminates in a 6-pin, 2.54 mm pitch connector with the following configuration: RTS, RX, TX, 5V, CTS, GND (RTS is the green wire and GND is black).
